Our QTOP Traffic Offenders program has won multi National Awards since its inception in 2006.  Due to the success of our QTOP program, we developed the Australian Traffic Offenders Program (ATOP).

Only change is the name!

ATOP/QTOP educates drivers on the consequences of traffic offending and demonstrating a commitment to safe and legal driving to help save lives in our community.  ATOP will remind you of your responsibilities on the roads not only to yourself but other road users.
