Cost is currently reduced to $240.00 (inc. GST);
Payments are made via the secure payment portal at the last step of your enrolment.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
The course requires a reliable internet service – No Hotspot & No Mobiles.
Don’t have Computer? – Call us to organise a virtual meeting. These are run during business hours and need to be booked in.
REFUNDS
We do not refund for personal computer issues or internet issues – we have I.T. staff to assist you during business hours.
A Laptop or Computer with a working camera is required, and you must download our software once you commence.
Chromebook computers will not run our QTOP program.
IDENTIFICATION
Please provide Photo Identification to our office. We require a photo of your Licence or Passport or Charge Papers – If you don’t have any you can still complete the course by contacting us here.
You can text your photo identification to 0401 344 982 or email admin@qtop.com.au
Once paid, you will receive an automated email and text message with a step-by-step guide and Log in Details; Please read and follow all instructions/rules and regulations provide in the email. (check spam folder);
We don’t run our online program off this website.

COURSE DETAILS
There are three (3) x 1.5 hour Sessions to complete (4 subjects) – You need to demonstrate uninterrupted viewing with our Professional Qualified Presenters – there is 24 hour delay between each video – there are no set times to watch – you watch when it suits you including after hours and weekends.
If you fall asleep, use your phone constantly, change browsers, read emails, move away from the camera for more than 10min – YOU COULD FAIL THE SESSION; Fee of $25.00 will be payable to reset & rewatch if you fail adhering to our rules and regulations; Naturally, you can pause for toilet & quick food run!
TIME TO COMPLETE
Minimum time to complete the program is four (4) days with no computer issues; You have four (4) months from enrolment date to complete.
Program cannot be completed in one (1) day. If you commence, you do not have to do consecutive days if you don’t want – we leave that to you – depending of course on your Court date. If you are concerned or have questions, please call to chat to our friendly staff.
TIPS
Please concentrate while watching the video and take notes – Magistrates can watch these videos as evidence of attendance.
Signed Homework sheet/Certificate/Court Report documents are emailed to you and your Lawyer (if you have advised their details) on completion.
